• Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972) S. 21(6) - Power of Council - It Council can be noticed here also that the Council that finds any deficiency forwards first to the University, the University makes its observations and forwards with the comments of the Executive Committee of the Council and its own observations for consideration by the Council at the next meeting - The copy of the report, the observations of the University and the response of the examining body or the institutions concerned would then be placed for approval to the Council and forwarded to the Central Government and State Government concerned - There is nowhere under the scheme of the Act and the regulations that makes it possible for the Council to withdraw the approval for running of the institute - It cannot amount to recognizing a power to withdraw permission to admit students or order transfers.  (177) P.L.R.
