• Gurdwara Sahib - In which Shri Guru Granth Sahib is established for worship would amount to an institution having the same character as a temple and would be a juristic person - There is no evidence on record to show that as to which part of suit land any such type of construction is exists in which Sri Guru Granth Sahib has been installed - In the absence of installation of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, the property in question cannot be termed to be a property belonging to Gurdwara Sahib or would bring it in the ambit of juristic person.  (180) PLR
