Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Section 8 -  FIR registered on statement of a 16 years old girl that accused including the petitioner used to threaten her as a result of which, she was so scared that for three years she did not even report the incident to her parents - Victim is now mentally unstable and this could probably be the result of the trauma that she has gone through in her growing years at the hands of the accused - Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the victim was minor girl of 13 years of age at the time of alleged occurrence, the petitioner is not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail - Cr.P.C., Section 438 - IPC, Section 354 and 354-A,  384, 120-B IPC.
